DATABANK TAPETRACK SOFTWARE - HOW IT WORKS

Before the DataBank driver arrives, you log onto the DataBank software and enter in the barcodes of the tapes being sent to DataBank. (If you do not have barcodes, DataBank will provide you with barcodes at no charge)

You then set the date of when you need the tapes to be returned to you (this is your retention policy)

This information is then uploaded to the DataBank server and DataBank is now expecting to receive these tapes from you

When the tapes arrive into the DataBank vault, the tapes are scanned to the designated storage location for your company

If you accidently sent the wrong backup tapes or if you forgot to send a certain backup tape, we will pick this up and contact you so the problem can be fixed
